If you believe that someone has gained access to your account and that it is now compromised, please follow the steps below:
Click on the Ask a Question tab above.
Under Submit an e-mail to our support team, select Hacked Account from the Issue Type drop-down menu.
Enter a valid email address.
Enter "Hacked Account" as the subject.
In the Question field, let us know what has happened and provide the following:
If your Guild Wars 2 account name has been changed, provide the account name (your secure email address) you want it changed back to.
Your complete Guild Wars 2 Display Name (if you have it)
Your 25-digit Guild Wars 2 Serial Code
Under Game Account, enter your account name.
This is the email address that you registered the account with.
Select Continue...
You should receive a message confirming that your question has been submitted and someone from our support team will contact you as soon as possible to help you with your account.
