I've just become victim of an account hack the first time in my life...

Someone hacked into my email and ingame Acc.

Where can i find the Serial number of my client??? I had the beta client and never changed it...

If you believe that someone has gained access to your account and that it is now compromised, please follow the steps below:

Click on the Ask a Question tab above.
Under Submit an e-mail to our support team, select Hacked Account from the Issue Type drop-down menu.
Enter a valid email address.
Enter "Hacked Account" as the subject.
In the Question field, let us know what has happened and provide the following:
If your Guild Wars 2 account name has been changed, provide the account name (your secure email address) you want it changed back to.
Your complete Guild Wars 2 Display Name (if you have it)
Your 25-digit Guild Wars 2 Serial Code
Under Game Account, enter your account name.
This is the email address that you registered the account with.
Select Continue...


You should receive a message confirming that your question has been submitted and someone from our support team will contact you as soon as possible to help you with your account.

what serial number are you looking for the special one you get after your account name or?

well your not ingame and i dont think you can change that number on your account name. we can see it in the guild tab ingame. and you can see it if you can log on your account on the website, thats the only 2 ways i know how too see it

yes that number you get is your CD-key and wen you register you get you're account name + a random number they give you and you're is suppenkasper.5371

jeah i know that but i need that fucking cd key to write a ticket to ANET and this asshole deleted it it seems... didnt back it up on my pc or at home though ...very naiv... never was victim of that
