well I play no thief anymore, not realy mine so, I change to Warrior atm.
About Sarah and Micha they are into Mesmer (Sarah) and atm Guardian for Micha.

"Aaron number 2" has no idea yet about classes as he hasn't tried the game much other than slightly on a ranger and thief so no doubt he will make his mind up after last BWE.

hmm looks better than i thought, and yes you are right if i should chose one class to have the most of in our guild it would probably be elementalist, as u can play him in such a variety... i think he can fill almost all roles apart of the tank role.. CC DD Supp.. so keep dem ele's coming ^^

right now it looks like that:

Warri: 3
Ele: 5
Necro: 2 (One not at launch though)
Mesmer: 4 (Speed buff pewpew!!;))
Ranger: 1
Guardian: 2
Thief: 0
Engineer: 1

also keeping in mind that we still didnt reach our playerbase limit, so i might consider to recruit especially people rolling classes we lack in the future. Though for the few people we are it looks quite balanced atm. I am quite sure that engineer will be a key class for big WvW battles (us against a zerg for example) cause of its CC and area dmg skills and traps, so i wouldnt mind 1 or 2 of them with us from day 1

ATM i plan to play as elementalist but there are 3 classes that i didn't try yet (ranger, engi and mesmer) so i plan to try them on this BWE and then i will decide

i played plata (necro) a lot, and did not test any other classes ^^

so this BWE i will try ele and/or engineer

Well from start i would go as Engineer,
