And no one treat him bad here, he's just unable to take negative reponse on his apply, which sounds to me like everything has to be granted on him.
btw he reject himself so can we close this now?

yes plz close it finally rico... all has been said, and really he rejected himself, i dunno why u feel like still teach him how he should be/act after he rejected... do you guys do that to every passenger you meet on the streets that did sth you didnt like? even if it doesnt effect you at all?

Even if your example has nothing to do with this situation here: Yes if people don't understand how to behave and communicate with others but still don't understand their mistakes I do tell them how to do better next time. Still we are on our forum and that 's why I will keep responding to the postings here.
