Sounds like a really nasty hybrid setup! Real well puzzled Mr. Aaron.

I have been playing around with a couple of builds for my mesmer.

http://www.gw2builds.org/create/bwe_1/m ... .0.0.0.0.0

http://www.gw2builds.org/create/bwe_1/m ... .0.0.0.0.0

Will need to tinker around with them I think. Looking at a defensive type of build and a reflection one.

I am uncertain until I physically play with the moa skill more if I will use it or not. I can see for sure it has alot of merits but think it is going to be situational depending on LOS issues if people can run away from you. From a damage mitigation and CC POV it seems awesome on paper though.

Be grateful for any input :)

In WvW Moa will probably not be nearly as good as in sPvP. Since sPvP is a lot about control point objectives, and you might find yourself in a crucial 1v1 to capture one of those, clearly being able to Moa your enemy is huge.

But in WvW where its 5v20, making it a 5v19 with the bird isn't as powerful.

Here is a guardian build I am starting to work on, since Guardians now do more melee damage than anyone. This one has access to about 15-20 separate heals ROFL.

2nd guardian build added : http://gw2skills.net/editor/en/?fUAQRAs ... UrRGjs3YuB

This is the Warrior builds I am currently working on. Its built for lots of weapon swaps (timed with adrenaline) and tons of DPS with traiting for survivability/stability. Runes and traits give +25% boon duration so Quickness is 5% instead of 4 off frenzy.

http://gw2skills.net/editor/en/?fIAQRAs ... NLOGjsDZGC

added bleed build: http://gw2skills.net/editor/en/?fIAQNAs ... MLOGVsDZWB

added might stacking power build (14 might stacks = 3300 power): http://gw2skills.net/editor/en/?fIIQRAn ... ULOGcsFZKC

Depending on how Eviscerate and weapon swapping works, double axe may happen too.

EDIT ^^added a couple builds

I will need a hybrid build for sPvP... sometimes i kill 2 people alone but sometimes i am chanceless against solo players with my offensive build. Rangers Thiefs and mesmers are the hardest to kill for me i have the feeling. They seem to have so many snare skills and other types of CC... i got pwned by a ranger who had 10% health while i started with 100% cause i could not reach him at all... its kinda annoying that if ur snared the movement skills u use are snared aswell...

For WvW i think my offensive build will work out nice as its mostly about killing targets fast and go to the next but for sPvP i need sth else :D

Is the Mace Mainhand for the weakness application on the #1 chain? Seems like sword is overall a better weapon to me. It gives better damage with the massive bleeds, a short cooldown leap, and a long duration cripple. Weakness is pretty powerful though, so if you were to use that as a perma debuff on someone could be good at shutting down their DPS.

I'll probably aim for something along the line of this as a support character in WvW.

Have anyone tried the mortar elite the engineer has? And is it effective taking down stuff in wvw?

We are mostly aiming to be a roaming group, stationary skills are good for keep defense/attacks, though not on open field fights imo. Lot of CC or/and direct damage/aoe dmg while still being able to move will be essential for our playstyle i think.

This is my latest Guardian build.

You can swap in basically any weapon set to go along with but 2H Hammer is must have imo.

http://gw2skills.net/editor/en/?fUAQJAR ... Nuak1s4YwB

Every util there is a meditation skill which are traited to be insta cast, and also heal. The heal does like 3K+, so with this build you can heal for 3-15K once on average every 6 seconds. The cooldown on shelter was actually lowered to 20 seconds, so this builder is incorrect.

Sigils of Intelligence to make Whirling Wrath (can hit harder than eviscerate) and Mighty Blow (hits about as hard as a lvl1 eviscerate) crit on every weapon swap.

If you swap in a 1H sword and shield for the Greatsword, I would probably switch up to a Hydromancy Sigil, and maybe the healing sigil (think its of monk or water) that doesn't rely on crits (low precision). The 1H sword/shield instad of GS offers slightly better mobility, better defense, but lacks the burst that Whirling Wrath brings.

Should be noted the #5 2H hammer skill "ring of warding" creates a ring on the ground that enemies can not cross (to either enter or exit) and that this can not be countered by many professions, as the only way to escape it seems to be to teleport, and not everyone can teleport. Teleport + ring of warding means very quickly locking down anyone you want, and can be combined with Mighty Blow for AOE retalition (blast finisher in light field), and then a weapon swap to whirling wrath for ridiculous damage. Ring of Warding lasts 5 seconds, which can be enough time to actually kill a squishy.

If they kite after that, greatsword has a leap and a pull.

Sanctuary and 1Hsw/shield. Not sure if this is more of less healing than other build. Sanctuary goes off half as often as the meditation is replaces but might heal for more than twice as much.

i want to try a similar build with my guardian.

with mediation and 1hand sword + shield
and scepter and fokus

but i don't have the time to test it :( but i think the next test will come in a few days :)

http://gw2skills.net/editor/en/?fUUQRAse7dlYgSD3GSOEm4ESWhC06BBBQ+z1DIKiaIA;TwAA1CooAzAmAMLYOwkgtqYUxWgpAA

but the 2h hammer skills are nice too and some other guardianstuffs..... damn 10 slots^^

for wvwvw i would prefer a build with the stuff, you can do very good support with this, but i have to test more, i think :)
